Series Description

Hip, hip, hooray! We are kicking off a celebration that will last all month because Jesus is alive, and He wants to be our friend forever. All month long, preschoolers will be learning this verse from the Bible: “I have called you friends” (John 15:15 NIV). Jesus—the Son of God—loves us so much that He wants to be our friend forever! And that is definitely something to cheer about.

Every preschooler needs to know that Jesus loves us so much that He died, came back to life, and is preparing a special place for us. As we celebrate Jesus, let’s remember to pray for preschoolers and their families. Pray that each child will know that Jesus calls them “friend.” Pray that parents and caregivers know that Jesus is always with them as they share the good news with their preschooler. Jesus loves us, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever! Hip, hip, hooray!

Series Description

You may have heard what Jesus lived and taught described as “The Upside-Down Kingdom.” Though Jesus is King of the universe, He entered our world as a humble carpenter. Instead of demanding that others serve Him, Jesus healed, listened to, and cared for the people deemed most unimportant. Rather than living in a palace and depending on horses and chariots, Jesus walked long, dusty miles on His own tired feet. By our world’s standards, that’s completely upside down!

This month, we want kids to discover how the Bible defined success—through humility and service. We explore how John the Baptist pointed people to Jesus, rather than to himself, and meet the Roman Commander who, despite power and position, bowed to the authority of God. We take a look at how Jesus taught us to love our enemies and—through the story of Martha and Mary—how it’s important to give our time to Jesus first, before doing things for Him. Finally, we wrap up the month with Jesus’ humble entry into Jerusalem, and how He washed the feet of His disciples, instructing them to serve one another in the same way. Through it all, kids will discover that being first is less important than putting others first.

Memory Verse

Don’t do anything only to get ahead. Don’t do it because you are proud. Instead, be humble. Value others more than yourselves.
Philippians 2:3, NIrV

An all star is someone who stands out because they can do things no one else can do, and this month, we are celebrating the greatest “All Star” of all—Jesus! Jesus is God’s Son, and everything He does shows us how amazing He is. From turning water into wine to calming storms and walking on water, Jesus does what no one else can do. So all month long, we are telling preschoolers true stories from the Bible that teach this big truth: Jesus is amazing!

As we finish our “All Star” month, let’s remember what the Bible says: “We have seen amazing things today!” (Luke 5:26 NLT). The people who saw firsthand the miracles Jesus performed were amazed! And that is what we want for preschoolers this month. Every story we are telling will show them that Jesus really is amazing—He has power like no one else, and He loves us more than we can imagine. So, let’s celebrate Jesus, our All Star, and pray that children and parents will see how amazing He is in their own lives each day.

Series Description

Every child is forming beliefs about God. They are deciding who He is, what He is like, and whether He can be trusted. The question is not if they are becoming theologians. The question is whether their beliefs are being shaped by truth.

Theology simply means the study of God. This semester, we are helping kids discover what is true about Him. We will explore His character, nature, rescue plan, and promises. Over these 10 weeks, we will walk through the core beliefs that have shaped Christians for generations.

Our prayer is that because of who God is, every child will know that:

• They can trust Him completely.
• They are made in His image with value and purpose.
• Jesus came to rescue them from sin.
• Salvation is a gift of grace, not something they earn.
• The Holy Spirit is at work in them right now.
• They belong to God’s family, the Church.
• Their story ends with real and lasting hope.

Our goal is not just information. It is conviction.

We want kids to move from “I’ve heard about God” to “This I Believe.”
From borrowed faith to owned faith.
From uncertainty to confidence in what is true.

When children know who God is, they stand steadier in a confusing world. They grow in discernment. They develop courage. They build a faith that lasts.

This semester, we are not just teaching theology. We are helping kids say with confidence, This I Believe.

Memory Verse

Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

SuperStart Overview

SuperStart is a high-energy, gospel-centered weekend designed specifically for preteens and the leaders who serve them. This weekend creates intentional space for students to step away from everyday distractions, build meaningful friendships, and engage with truth in a way that is fun, memorable, and deeply impactful. Through worship, teaching, games, and shared experiences, students are invited to lean in, ask questions, and discover what it means to follow Jesus.

Leaders play a critical role in making SuperStart what it is. More than what happens on stage, this weekend is shaped by conversations, presence, and relational trust within small groups. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where students feel known, valued, and encouraged to take the next steps in their faith. Thank you for investing in our preteens. Your leadership helps make this weekend one God can use in lasting ways.

SuperStart Theme

Today, it’s harder than ever for students to know what’s true. With so many voices, opinions, and distractions, truth can start to feel like a mystery waiting to be solved. That’s why this year’s theme invites students to become truth detectives through the world of a hilarious and thrilling mystery play full of twists, turns, and suspects – where only the best detectives can reveal the truth.

This year’s tour is a completely revamped version of one of our most-loved SuperStart themes from 10 years ago—now reimagined for a whole new generation of preteens.

Throughout the weekend, your preteens will investigate Jesus’ words in John 8:31–32 and John 14:6, discovering that the truth isn’t just something to find—it’s someone to know. Like a good detective on the case, they’ll learn to look and listen to God for truth, to collect and connect those truths, and finally, to show and tell those truths with others.

Don’t miss out on this chance to help your students discover The Mysterious Truth—a weekend of fun, faith, and a few shocking plot twists they’ll never forget!

Series Description

On the night before he gave up his life, Jesus told his friends, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Sounds simple, right? But instead of acknowledging that God is love, culture has decided that love is god. Our world applies “love” to everything from romance to a favorite ice cream flavor to encouraging people to do whatever feels best in the moment. That’s why kids need a radical redefinition of what true love looks like: choosing to treat others the way Jesus treats us.

This month, we’ll explore four stories from the life of Jesus, starting with Nicodemus. Kids will discover that God loves not just them, but the entire world—everyone who has ever lived or will live—and that this love led Jesus to take on human form to rescue us. We’ll cover the most important commandment, to love God and love others, and we’ll see how the love of Jesus changed Zacchaeus in a pretty dramatic way. Finally, we’ll look at the time that Jesus healed both the daughter of an important leader and a suffering, outcast woman, as a reminder that we can show love to people in need.

What’s the first thing you want to do when you discover a funny video or listen to a powerful podcast? Share it, of course! That’s why we chose “Like and Subscribe: Share the love of Jesus” as this month’s theme. We want kids to know that there’s nothing more awesome they can share with others than the love and adventure of a life with Jesus.

Series Description

There’s nothing sweeter than knowing that Jesus loves you. It’s the sweetest treat we could ever receive, and it’s for every single one of us! His love brings joy to our hearts, peace to our minds, and reminds us that we are never alone. So all month long, we are telling preschoolers Bible stories that show them how much Jesus loves them.

In Matthew 19:14, Jesus said: “Let the children come to me” (NLT). These words remind us that Jesus wants to be close to every child, no matter who they are or where they live. Our prayer is that every preschooler will know deep in their heart that Jesus loves me.

From welcoming children into His arms, to searching for the lost, to spending time with friends, and forgiving those who have done wrong—Jesus shows us again and again that He loves us. And preschoolers need to know that Jesus loves them right now, just as they are, and that His love will never go away. So, let’s pray for our preschoolers, that they will know Jesus’ love is the sweetest thing in the world and that it will be with them forever. Let’s help them grow up always remembering: Jesus loves me.

Books are a gift because of what they can teach us, but there is one book that surpasses them all—the Bible! Jesus said, “Your word is truth” (John 17:17 NIrV). That’s what the Bible is. It’s truth! The Bible is filled with God’s words, and all the best things God wants to teach us. [Bottom Line] The Bible teaches me the best things!

Join us this month as we pray for our preschoolers to fall in love with the Bible and that they will see God’s Word as truth. That they will see the Bible as the place they can go to learn the best things in life, things like God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. And that by the end of this month, they will know they can talk about God, hear from God, pray to God, and live for

Christmas is such a special time of year. It’s filled with wonder and excitement! There are so many things to see and do at Christmas that it’s easy to miss what Christmas is all about. That’s why we want to use shapes that preschoolers already know to help them remember the most important thing they will ever know: God gave us Jesus.

The shapes we’re talking about this month are so much more than just hearts, squares, circles, and stars. They are fun ways to help preschoolers remember the true story of Christmas. Hearts remind us that “God loved the world so much that He gave his only Son” (John 3:16, GNT). Squares look like a gift, and Jesus is absolutely the best gift ever. Circles remind us of fluffy sheep, and God sent angels to announce His great gift to shepherds who were watching their sheep. Then God put a special star in the sky to lead wise men to come worship young Jesus.

Join us as we pray that Christmas will become a time when preschoolers and their families remember that God gave us Jesus. We hope they will begin to see reminders everywhere of the true story of Christmas.

The Shepherds

The Shepherds | Luke 2:8-20

At night, shepherds watch their sheep near Bethlehem when an angel suddenly appears with joyful news: God’s Son, Jesus, has been born. The sky fills with angels praising God, and the shepherds hurry to find Jesus in the manger. Overjoyed, they tell everyone the good news. The shepherds praise God because God gave us Jesus. How do we know God loves us? God gave us Jesus.

Series Description

While choosing to follow Jesus is the most important decision a kid can make, it’s only the first step! Learning to live and love like Jesus is a lifelong journey that can feel big and abstract for kids. That’s why it’s so important to provide handholds for kids (and grownups!) to grow in four specific areas of spiritual formation. We call these Faith Skills: Hear from God, Pray to God, Talk about God, and Live for God.

This month, we’ll walk through all four skills as displayed in the life of Jesus. Kids will discover the value of talking with others about God through the story of young Jesus in the Temple. They’ll practice praying to God through The Lord’s Prayer and hearing from God in the parable of the Wise and Foolish Builders. We end the month with the story of Jesus choosing Levi, also known as Matthew, to follow Him—and how Matthew left everything he knew to begin living for God. Just like learning a new instrument or skill, it takes commitment and a game plan to follow Jesus. But as kids learn to spend time daily practicing Faith Skills, even for a short time, they will become more and more like Jesus.

Every kid has experienced what it’s like to learn a new skill, whether that’s tying shoelaces, learning to dribble a soccer ball, or practicing piano. Each of these things require a plan to practice a little each day—resulting in big changes over time. That’s why this month’s theme is “Game Plan: Growing stronger in faith every day”—so kids can discover how walking with Jesus isn’t a one-time choice, but something they can grow in over time.

Memory Verse

Training the body has some value. But being godly has value in every way. It promises help for the life you are now living and the life to come.
